They fixed grandpa's heart

Coming to see Grandpa and sneaking in some treats for him! He loves smoothies!
Get well soon Grandpa! The inside said "Hope your Stent in the hospital is short."
My dad had a blockage in an artery going into his heart. They were able to put a stent in and we hope that gives him many more years here with us. Not too sure what my family would do with out him!
They had a nice big couch where the kids could hang out. Very nice room! But he was glad he only had to stay one night!

WE LoVE OuR NEighBorS!!!!

We really have some good neighbors which I feel really lucky to have! BJ is a total joker himself, so when you think of something to get him back with go for it.

We made the invitation and left it on their door.
This is their backyard. BJ has begun making a fire pit. Bet everytime it rains or he accidentally leaves the sprinklers on too long this is what happens. We have teased that we would love to come swimming sometime ect. Well we came up with a fun idea.
Throw them a beach party!!
We have a fishing pole set up by the lawn chair and everything. Abi really wanted to put fish in the pond but I knew it would evaporate much to quickly.
This is the view we see from our house. This is what it normally looks like. You can see the fire pit dish in the bottom there. It was funny and all the neighbors have enjoyed a good laugh. Love ya Bensons!!! Can't wait for the next time it fills up!

2nd Half of July

We have had a fun summer with lots of cousins coming to visit. Sad thing is we didn't get that many pictures. We took them all swimming but just got pictures of Klea, Abi and Macee.

Madi and Spencer lost teeth the same night. It was Spencer's 2nd tooth.

William had a great baseball year. He was very excited to play machine pitch even though he was a year younger than the rest on the team. He is ready to play with the big boys. He held his own pretty good. He even hit some home runs. Good job buddy!
Go White Sox!

Our city had it's first foam party ever. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but we will be ready next year and a little more prepared. The fire truck sprayed out tons of foam for everyone to play in. They had watermelon they were giving out too. Fun tradition to start. It was on the 24th july. The foam did get pretty brown the more it was being played in.

We had a great neighborhood 24th of July celebration. We had a parade then a patriotic program then a yummy breakfast. It was also a scout fundraiser. It turned out really nice and hopefully something that will become tradition too!
Abi rode Becky's trike and finally got some takers for riding in the wagon. CUTE!

David was able to get a 60x30 flag. The scouts unfolded it and then the rest of the group was invited to stand around as we sang the National Anthem. It will be something to never forget.

We were able to go to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House. My mom was able to come go with us! Very beautiful. So nice to go with my family! Love you guys!

1st week of July

While David was at Timberline I took the other kids down to the Balloon Festival. It is so fun to see all the hot air balloons.

We just pulled Abi around in the wagon so she didn't have to crutch everywhere. It was a fun morning!

David and I went up to Silver Lake Res. It is really beautiful up there. We had a nice time checking things out.

We had a fun 4th of July with the Mitchells. We played lots of games, ate lots of good food and did some fun fireworks. Thanks for coming to play!
While we were out that night the fighter jets flew over, which was a highlight! Here is one of the games being played. Even Abi got to play this one.

Here are all the kids. They all look so festive.

Crazy picture of most of the gang.
We welcomed David David home from timberline. Our family likes to make signs for the one arriving home after being away for a while. (Abi's idea most times!)
Here is our Timberline scout. He survived the week. We were so excited to hear all about the fun he had. David is receiving his Timberline beads. Good Job David! He learned so many good things and he hopes to use them throughout his life. We are proud of the good boy that we have!!

TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALL GAME!
We took in a Owlz game. The kids had tickets from school so we used them up. It was a fun night together.
The kids liked Hootz the owl and Holly too.
Cast off day!!!!! Yeah!!!!!
Happiness on Abi's face! She did lots of drawing while she was layed up. She can draw some pretty awesome flowers!
I thought this picture was so cute of her pluging her ears. It was pretty loud and I guess she didn't know what else to do but plug her ears. Funny girl!
Wow there's the leg. Looks pretty good for being hiddin away for a month.
Now for the new addition. The Boot! She was a little freaked out to walk on her leg, but thank goodness for coach Bretey she will make it! :)
