Baby Chicks

Okay so some of our neighbors got these chicks for the kids for Easter and I just had to post pictures of them. They are so cool. I guess someone shoots dye into the egg and the chicks come out colored. They eventually go back to the normal color they will be. My kids thought they were great.

    I'm surprised the mama chickens don't attack the little, alien creatures. That is pretty cool. Doesn't it make you wonder who thought to do that in the first place? Strange, but interesting.

    Too bad they can't do that wiht babies and add a little tan to them in utero. Or maybe brightly colored hair. Now that would be cool.
